Your mission

Our Switzerland-based team has one more spot open for you if this is your mission:

You are part of the development team building AI-powered conversational voice solutions to improve and enhance our contact center software.
You will work closely with product management, translate concepts into scalable solutions and define release content
You will design API interfaces and database models
You will create test cases
You work in a team of 8 software engineers
Our tech stack: .NET 9+ | C# | ASP.NET Core | Azure | Cloud | Docker | AI | PostgreSQL | React I LiveKit I Python

Your profile

Must-haves:

Bachelor’s or Masters’s degree
Several years of experience with C#, .NET/ .NET Core Framework, ASP.NET MVC
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Solid understanding of web technologies like web servers and databases
Solid understanding of GitHub source control
Intermediate in API design and development
Experience with Entity Framework Core

Nice to have:

Experience with voice applications, LLMs, Microsoft Azure, PostgreSQL and Python
Frontend development experience with React
Knowledge of SIP/RTP protocol
Experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira
Queuing and caching strategies
Microservice design and development
